The staff! From the moment you walk in all the way to your classroom, everyone on staff is so helpful and friendly. The ladies at the front desk and the chef always say hi and make conversation, no matter how busy they are. My daughter’s teachers are exceptional! They’re so kind and have been so accommodating to us. It has been a difficult transition for my daughter and I but everyone at the school made us feel so welcome and at home. My daughter’s academics have improved so much as well as her social skills while being here. I love that the school has cameras and sends photos, as a full time working mom it’s hard to be away from my daughter so much but this puts me at ease knowing I can check in and make sure she’s ok. I highly recommend this school! I wish we had longer here but off to kindergarten!

Everything! The teachers are amazing, and the staff is just as wonderful. My son initially attended a different school, but within a week, he lost interest and would cry every day going to and coming from school. However, at Parker Chase, he started enjoying school, his teachers, and his routine within just 3-4 days. The care he received made all the difference. Now, every morning, he goes in smiling and comes back the same way. We receive regular updates on his meals, activities, and progress. We’re so grateful that he was able to attend Parker Chase at West Oaks for his Pre-K.

My preschooler absolutely loves going to his new school. His first day, drop off was terrible due to his prior experiences of other centers. When I picked him up from daycare that first day, he told me how much fun he had and about his “nice teachers”. He says his teachers aren’t angry, and his room isn’t dirty like his old school. Every day since, he walks right into the center and his classroom without any issues. I’m never walking into chaos at drop off or pick up, it’s very nice seeing the teachers having calm control over their classrooms. Beyond thankful to have my kids in a place where I know they’re being loved and cared for!

It's a great safe environment. I feel like the teachers are very competent and great with the children. Also, they have a bunch of fun events during the month that get the kids involved and excited. I love this location and I honestly am so happy that my kids are enrolled.
